    Acquisition & Program Management Support

    GCC Technologies, LLC is a leader in providing trained, proficient and experienced acquisition and program management specialists to support the work activities, functions and processes performed by government agencies. Our focus has been on acquisition support and acquisition training. GCC provides the full spectrum of expert acquisition and program management support services ranging from the day-to-day administration of contracts and agreements, to the provision of program and technical assistance related to contracts and acquisition policy, market research, performance measurements and metrics validation, financial reconciliation, compliance audits and the preparation of modifications, and contract administration support services, including, documentation, contract oversight and monitoring, contract closeout, and e-procurement support to Government and commercial customers. We also provide project management and contract development and contract execution training to government and industry officials throughout the Federal market place. We deliver Off-The-Shelf and customized classroom training, seminars, and workshops that are focused on keeping the federal acquisition community informed, current and effective in carrying out their roles and responsibilities in an ever changing procurement environment impacted by statutory, rules, circulars and compliance changes. We fully understand the acquisition processes and procedures and know how to provide a superior technical product to our clients. From the point of initial need identification through contract closeout we strive to make this a reality.

    Our staff is known for its innovative approach to conducting business. While our staff members are well versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, agency supplements, statutory and case law, executive orders and other regulations, they also use sound common-sense business practices to get the job done. They have the authority to make a good business decision if law, executive order or regulation does not prohibit the practice. This is consistent with the FAR guidance to the acquisition workforce that admonishes it to "use good business judgment in making acquisition decisions." Following accepted practices in the marketplace often becomes the guide. We have found that providing the opportunity to "work outside the box', or even "removing the box" gives our people the impetus to be innovative and use personal initiative to meet the customers requirements.

    With over ten years support experience at various Government agencies, GCC prides itself in its ability to fully integrate its staff seamlessly into the government operation, working side-by-side with government staff, providing efficient and cost effective augmentation service within the existing policy, procedures, standards and directives that apply to the operation. Seventy-five percent of GCC's government work is in-sourcing services to the Department of Defense, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Homeland Security and various other agencies. GCC's personnel focus on the details of the work, the processes, the transactions, and the movement of information from the source document (form, contract or invoice plan, etc.) to the appropriate system modules, ensuring the information is validated, verified, reconciled and posted properly. GCC's personnel focus on efficiently and effectively completing the daily work of its government clients.
