GCC has experience providing a diverse range of support services for the U.S. Army. A broad range of Acquisition Support has been provided to several different areas. These activities include on-site and off-site pre-award acquisition planning and post-award contract administration support to the Army Space Programs Office (ASPO); writing acquisition plans, performance work statements, source selection plans, proposal submission instructions, developing government cost estimates, converting Statements of Work to Performance Based Work Statements, reviewing engineering change proposals, and providing contract administration advice to the

Administrative Support Services include Postal Center Operations, Mail Clerk and Postal Operations Training, Mailroom Inspections and Base Locator Support.

GCC developed a course and provided the Faculty Training for "Coaching" to the Defense Acquisition University. Has also provided instructors to develop course materials and conduct training seminars in Performance-Based Contracting processes and procedures to the Engineering Research and Development Center Topographic Engineering Center.
