Commander Naval Air Forces- Headquarters Service Contract

GCC Technologies, LLC conducts a comprehensive review of existing CNAF (CNAP, CNAL) headquarter service contract SOW’s.  GCC indentifies commonality/overlapping of services, establish, define, and assign major work categories, and identify potential efficiencies to be gained through consolidation of SOW’s and overall contract management within CNAF.
