GCC provides contract administration support for the Information Technology Operations Program (ITOP) of the Department of Transportation within the Transportation Administrative Service Center (TASC). Services are provided under a subcontract to INDUS Technology and include managing invoice processing, tracking contractor performance evaluations, preparing “complex and non-complex” modifications, directed and competitive task orders and all supporting documentation, providing close-out, billing reconciliation and e-Procurement support.
