GCC Technologies, LLC provides acquisition support services to the Memphis Troubled Agency Recovery Center (Memphis TARC) of the Department of HUD. GCC developed 16 Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Performance Requirements Summaries for Performance Based Services Contracts to be awarded by the Memphis TARC. GCC reviewed the HUD requirements and worked closely with the Government Technical Representative (GTR) and staff to develop a requirements document that met customer needs.
