GCC provides on-site support to assist the Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) in developing and administering all types of Government contracts Assistance is provided with contract initiation and administration by preparing and administering all aspects of government contracts including but not limited to: Task Orders, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Micro purchases and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRS). GCC works with the customer office personnel, prepares all types of contract documents, and completes cradle to grave actions from initial customer requirements to close-out IAW with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and US Coast Guard policies and procedures.
