Defense Acquisition University (DAU)

GCC developed a three day leadership course for the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Acquisition Technology and Logistics (AT&L) Leadership Learning Center of Excellence (LLCOE) to instruct supervisors to coach and mentor their subordinates. This course delivered management and leadership training to AT&L supervisors, managers and leaders, teaching them how to become effective coaches and mentors.

The work was completed in four phases:

• Student Pilot
