GCC is providing thirteen (13) FAC-C Level III and Level II certified acquisition professionals and two (2) Administrative Assistants to support the Dept of Education Office of Federal Student Aid process, award and modify their $850 million annual contracts budget, and administer approximately 170 active contracts. GCC provides FSA program offices analytical support and assists in developing methodologies, development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidance related to process improvement, contract review and data/trend comparative analysis. Our personnel assess FSA internal needs and resources, examining the success of current policies and programs against the potential impact of proposed policy and practice changes.
