Leadership / Coaching
GCC developed a three day leadership course to instruct supervisors to coach and mentor their subordinates. This course delivers management and leadership training to supervisors, managers and leaders, teaching them how to become effective coaches and mentors.
This course can be accomplished through a 3-4 day course for Managers / Leaders (Train the Trainer).
