MAKING AN IMPACT

Speeding the application process for veteran-owned businesses

GCC Technologies developed a case management and issue-tracking platform that has dramatically improved the experience of veteran-owned small businesses and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses seeking to do business with the Veteran’s Administration. The software-as-a-service platform logs application intake and tracks cases from inception through closure. By adapting case-processing business rules, GCC has helped drive changes that increase efficiencies and dramatically reduce application processing time.
