Program / Project Management
Going Beyond What's Expected
We understand that the success of a program or project goes well beyond what is defined in the contract. That’s why we take the time to understand our customers’ expectations and then work collaboratively to ensure that our value-added services meet or exceed mission objectives. Our teams, which are led by PMP-certified project managers and include subject matter experts in a variety of disciplines, are committed to the overall success of each program or project.
From planning to execution, we provide our customers with a full range of program management services. It starts with strategy. Our portfolio management and enterprise analysis services help our customers eliminate stovepipes and ensure that all projects are in strategic alignment. To effectively execute strategies, we provide program management office (PMO) services that not only support day-to-day operations but also help our customers adapt to change.
GCC Technologies also delivers, as needed, additional program management services in areas ranging from communications and outreach to compliance, performance and risk management. Our collaborative, results-driven approach plays a key role in helping agencies minimize risk, enhance service delivery, increase efficiency and save taxpayer dollars.
GCC’s staff includes a number of individuals who have been certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professionals (PMP®).

MAKING AN IMPACT
Regional Collaboration for the Greater Good
GCC Technologies is working with the U.S. Department of State, other U.S government agencies, the donor community and three Central American nations to develop a whole-of-government approach to law enforcement and trade and facilitation. This regional effort is designed to create a more collaborative rule-of-law program and a trade and transport facilitation network between and among the three nations. As a result, it will allow them to function more effectively by coordinating programs and harmonizing laws, policies and procedures. This joint operation will be a platform for justice reform and growth in the region.
